Welcome to We Importer — a Karachi-based import store for hardware and measuring tools. We keep the catalog deliberately small: instead of listing a hundred gadgets, we import a few we have actually tested, and stand behind them.

Our Mission

A decent measuring tool in Pakistan usually passes through three or four hands before it reaches you, and the price doubles on the way. We import directly and keep our margin honest, so a tool that genuinely works costs what it should — not double.

Who We Are

We Importer runs out of an office in Central Plaza, Karachi, and ships nationwide. We are a small team: we choose what to import ourselves, check every unit before it goes out, call each customer to confirm the order, and answer support mail personally.

We do not list a product until we have used it ourselves. That is also why you will not find dozens of items here — anything that did not hold up in testing simply never made it onto the site.

Our Commitment

We would rather lose a sale than mislead you. The photos are of the actual item you will receive, the description says what the tool does and what it does not do, and the price on the product page is the full price — delivery is free and nothing is added at checkout.

If a parcel arrives broken or wrong, tell us within 7 days and we replace it at our cost. That is the whole policy; there is no fine print designed to trap you.
